Job Summary
Optimizes company promotional strategies by analyzing sales trends and organizing opportunities
Job Duties

• Collects and evaluates sales data & analyzes economic conditions to measure the attainment of sales objectives
• Prepares sales forecast, recommends quotas for sales representatives, and advises on changes in promotional efforts
• Consolidates & tracks sales opportunities with all territory managers; analyzes opportunities against market trends & presents recommended paths of growth to management
• Prepares & presents sales reports to management
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

• Two plus years in a Reporting & Analytics role with reports module utilization
• Experience supporting a sales force in reporting and opportunity tracking
• Experience prioritizing tasks & managing collaboration between multiple forces
• Proven success in working independently as a strong decisive thinker while contributing to a team
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Power BI and/or JDE Reports Now
• Project Management experience preferred
• Typically require a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience
